The Technical Communications Architect bridges the communication gap between technical teams and non-technical clients. Acting as a liaison, this role transforms complex technical updates, support notes, and backend development insights into clear, understandable, and client-relevant communications. It ensures clients remain informed, aligned, and confident in their projects without needing to decode technical jargon.This architect collaborates closely with developers, IT support, and project managers to extract relevant updates and present them in structured formats such as emails, FAQs, or changelogs. The goal is not to oversimplify but to make information actionable and meaningful for clients.
Skills
Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain, client-appropriate language
Strong written communication skills (email, FAQs, changelogs, documentation)
Active collaboration with developers, product managers, and support teams
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, or web technologies
Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
Client service orientation with attention to tone, accuracy, and timing
Experience creating structured communication formats (e.g., release notes, updates, summary briefs)
