The Dashboard Maintenance Assistant safeguards the accuracy, consistency, and structure of existing business dashboards. Supporting operational and strategic decision-making, it monitors real-time data syncing from platforms like CRMs, Google Sheets, and analytics tools to ensure dashboards stay functional, timely, and aligned with organizational metrics. This role is not responsible for interpreting data, but rather ensures that all visuals and fields remain updated and presented in a usable, stakeholder-ready format. It collaborates with teams to keep dashboards aligned with project outputs and departmental KPI definitions.
