This agent ensures every contractual or selected intake form is scanned for the details that matter most; such as names, dates, values, and terms. It then delivers them cleanly into your CRM or deals tracker. It helps catch mistakes, flags missing info, and keeps everything organized and on time. This enables sales reps to move forward with confidence, rather than chasing paperwork.
