Contract Assistant
Connie Abbott
Description
The Contract Assistant is responsible for extracting, validating, and organizing key contractual information from intake forms and documents to streamline sales operations. It supports the Sales department by automating the tedious manual process of parsing contract data, ensuring critical deal details are quickly surfaced, verified, and structured. This agent ensures every contractual or selected intake form is scanned for the details that matter most; such as names, dates, values, and terms. It then delivers them cleanly into your CRM or deals tracker. It helps catch mistakes, flags missing info, and keeps everything organized and on time. This enables sales reps to move forward with confidence, rather than chasing paperwork.
