Ai Adventures – The Business that walked into the future

Chapter 1 — The Day Everything Felt… Too Much

Every great story starts with a moment of chaos.

In this one, our hero is Alex, an overworked business owner with a team full of kind, talented people who all share the same haunted look — the look of individuals attacked daily by endless to-do lists, giant spreadsheets, and inbox notifications that sound like tiny screams for help.

It’s Monday.
The coffee machine is broken.
And Alex opens the inbox to see: 117 unread emails.

If this were a movie, the dramatic music would start here.

A Morning of Realizations (and Mild Panic)

Alex scrolls through messages that say things like:

  • “Did you get my last email?”
  • “Following up…”
  • “Circling back…”
  • “Just checking in…”

If emails had tone, these were judgmental.

Meanwhile, the team is trying their best, but they’re drowning in repetitive tasks — drafting the same types of emails, collecting the same bits of data, building the same reports, and entering the same information over and over as if someone cursed the office with a time loop spell.

And Alex thinks the thought every burned-out entrepreneur eventually whispers into the void:

“There HAS to be a better way… right?”

Cue dramatic thunder.
Cue soft lighting.
Cue a random ad for Studio98 popping up (because fate works in mysterious, algorithmic ways).

The Website That Promised Something Different

Alex lands on the Studio98 website expecting another tech company offering “revolutionary AI solutions” — the kind that require a PhD, a prayer, and a ritual sacrifice to install.

But instead?

There’s something called the AI Center of Excellence.
A calm, structured, “we’ve got you” approach to AI.

It doesn’t talk in robot language.
It doesn’t flash sci-fi graphics.
It doesn’t promise magic.

It simply says:

“We plug AI into the parts of your business that eat your team alive — so your humans can lead.”

Alex sits up straighter.
“Eat your team alive” feels… accurate.

Also mildly concerning.

The Call That Changed Everything

Alex schedules a call.

Expectations? Low.
Hope? Surprisingly high.
Coffee? Still broken.

But instead of tech jargon or aggressive sales pitches, the Studio98 team speaks human:

“That mountain of repetitive tasks your team hates?
We can make an AI Employee do that.”

“AI Employee?” Alex asks.
“Like… a robot with a badge?”

“Well, it won’t show up to staff meetings, but yes… basically.”

Alex hasn’t felt this hopeful since discovering same-day delivery.

Epiphany of the Day

The Studio98 team explains:

  • You don’t need to know AI.
  • You don’t need to guess.
  • You don’t need to “test tools and hope.”
  • You just need a plan, training, and AI Employees built for your business.

For the first time in a very long time, Alex feels something unusual:

Relief.

Like someone just handed over the cheat codes to business ownership.

And that’s where the idea of joining the AI Center of Excellence begins.

Come Back Next Week: “The 7-Week Plan That Turned Chaos Into Clarity”**

Next week we follow Alex into the first steps of the program — where expectations get flipped, workflows get exposed (dramatically), and Alex discovers something shocking about the team’s daily habits.

And yes… there will be shocking discoveries.
And yes… someone will be personally victimized by a spreadsheet.

Stay tuned.
